With nearly two decades of experience in the learning design sector, I excel at translating technical and scientific material from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) into clear and engaging course material for end users. Most recently, my work has revolved around adult learners in a digital age, as I coached K-12 teachers and graduate professors on technology integration and enhancement of instructional design. A significant portion of this coaching has revolved around cybersecurity and GenerativeAI usage in the classroom.

I am well versed in adult learning, digital learning, and instructional design principles. When designing learning experiences for adults, I focus on relevancy of the material to real-world problems, highlighting clear connections between what they are learning and what they need to know to succeed.
